What is your Return Policy?

First off, if you shop with us we are so grateful! Thank you! You should always have a pleasant experience here, so please contact us by DM on our Instagram @lilQTBBofficial , if you have any problems with your order, we can get you help ASAP! Please include your order number in the subject line, and it helps to attach a screen grab of your receipt.

Because of the nature of selling hard-to-find, sold out items and art; folks want their items in original packaging, never opened, barely breathed on or looked at etc., we have some specific parameters for returns:

With very limited exceptions, returns are only refunded via store credit in the form of a lilQTBB E-Gift Card; refunds are issued ONLY in the case that an item goes out of stock, is determined undeliverable, or must be cancelled from our end.

lilQTBB does not issue any credit for the original shipping charges. If tracking proves the item was delivered, no returns will be issued. We are not responsible for damages incurred in-transit. We suggest you bring evidence of damage to your shipping provider and file a claim.

Items which are deemed eligible for return, which is up to our discretion, must be received in original condition, unused, unsoiled, never laundered or altered. Items must be returned with all components and packaging, including boxes and tags; within 7 days of arrival. A gift card will be issued upon confirmation of receipt.

Certain items are not eligible for return: used, worn, soiled, laundered, washed, or altered items, items with missing components or packaging, cosmetics, art, brooches, skateboard grip tape, any items with hygiene tape, intimates, bodysuits and swim, toiletries and personal hygiene items, and any items kept beyond 7 days of receipt.

Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of delivery and receipt, we will be unable to process your return or issue any credit.

Covid-19 precautions/delays?

We take the utmost care in packing your items; we are a small operation, and are able to maintain pretty strict control and safety measures.

We also comply with, and recommend complying with, the current CDC safety guidelines, like fabricating and packing with masks and gloves on, washing hands and sanitizing the workspace often.

We encourage following the CDC recommendation to quarantine your QT packages for about 24 hrs, if you want to be your safest lilQT self!

Packages may incur processing and shipping delays due to limitations brought on by our new normal; but just trust us, they are so cute and worth the wait!

For some of our customers, packages are arriving very fast, but just in case you experience any of these delays, look forward to the lilXTRAS we put into our packages to make them that much sweeter!
